A is for apple picking

late-season apple picking on a foggy autumn afternoon. bee could take or leave the picking but was over the moon for the wagon ride and the potbelly pigs on the farm. sara and i gathered up apples of all sorts...black apples and pink ladies and ginger golds. perfect for warm homemade pie with an unfortunately ugly lattice top...i never seem to be able to get that part right.
