shop my closet

i've been on a simplifying kick these days...especially in my closet--i think it might have something to do with being 30lbs heavier than usual and dressing around a nursing schedule. anyways, all the excess around me seems a little silly!
so i thew together a little pop up goodsie shop to send away some of my favorites from my closet to you!

( i apologize in advance if there is any problems with the set up or paypal...i've never done anything like this! i'm much more of a yard sale kind of gal...and even then i'm a mess of awkward conversation and money handling.
true story: i once sold my only vacuum for $5 to a man at one of my garage sales only because he was looking for one. he was foreign and didn't understand me saying i didn't have one for sale, so i panicked and gave him mine. i'm telling you, i'm a real mess!)

happy happy wednesday...and here's to more simplifying!

  2. So fun...I can remember some of these items from blog posts! Those stud booties! (Too bad my foot is a half size too large...) I hope I can swing by your "store" in the near future and snag a few of these beauties.=) Here's to cleaning shop! I'm sure it feels all kinds of good.

& ps...I am petrified of being in charge of a garage sale too.(chuckled out loud at your vacuum sale story...) and with all of E's old baby stuff closing in around me, it's given me all sorts of anxiety about what to do!

  11. I just started looking at your blog a few months ago (at first simply because you create a beautiful color story, but now because it makes me happy). I think that I love you. Especially now that I've heard that vacuum story. You are wonderful.

  17. I, too, am carrying around a few extra baby pounds and have been cleaning out like crazy! Lucky for me there is a really great vintage/ resale shop in Akron that I have been able to sell a lot of my things to! It's called Revival in Highland Square if you ever happen to be up this way.

  18. DANNNGGGGG IT.
i am too late. everything is sold!
those black booties are crying now that they can't be mine. crying i say.
even if they are slightly too small for my feet. I would've forced my foot in there. Like that scene from Cinderella when the one step sister's foot is so long in the shoe, that it arches up really high. Totally worth it though.

  19. Proof you have great style: everything is sold out!!!! I was going to ask if you ship to friends in Canada! I totally know the: "I just had a baby and spend most of my time sitting on the couch feeding a baby, but I want to dress nice, but my body is not the same" feeling. You are one stylin' mama!
